Filmmaker Casey Neistat is a New Yorker and bike enthusiast. In his time in the city he has had his bike stolen a number of times even when chained in a busy daylight area. He learned that his bike is simply not safe outdoors. He wondered if their had been witnesses to the bike thievery, and if so, why didn’t they do anything about it.
