In celebration of National Hummus Day, today May 15th from 11 am to 10 pm, you can get yourself  ”100% homemade, original flavored hummus topped with chickpeas, premium olive oil and a dash of paprika for only 99 cents.” Along with complimentary fresh bake crispy pita chips  your National Hummus Day dreams will be a reality.

Heading the kitchen is Executive Chef Haim Ben-Simon , where he “has created traditional favorites as well as signature recipes that have been passed down from his own family, such as his top-secret Falafel recipe.”

The glass-enclosed kitchen’s state-of-the-art stone oven and clay tandoor ovens called taboons are the heart of  The Hummus & Pita Co, where customers can choose the freshly baked breads upon which their hummus dishes will be created; both whole wheat and white pita, and flatbread laffa are available.
